2018 Bachelorette - Week 2 Update

Hope everyone tuned in to episode 2 of “Arie’s-Ex-Tries-Again” (AKA The Bachelorette). If you played a drinking game during last night’s episode to sip each time there was a reference to Arie, I expect to receive your Out-Of-Office automated response. There’s no way anyone could make it through two hours of this garbage and come in to work the next day.

This week’s first group date involved the men dressing up in tuxedos and then competing in a pseudo-Spartan race. Lincoln cheated to win a photo op with Becca (we’ll call him “Poor Loser #1”) and when Lincoln later bragged about his victory, Connor threw Lincoln’s portrait into the pool (we’ll call him “Poor Loser #2”).

During Blake’s 1:1, the couple spent the date in a “rage room”, trashing keepsakes from Becca’s failed relationship with Arie (Drink.), including the couch he broke up with her on (Drink, Again.), the racecar they drove in the demo derby (Drink. Again.), and TVs showing Arie’s proposal (anddddddd I’m on the floor).

At the rose ceremony, Jordan (the male model, and early favorite for this season’s villain) acted out because he wasn’t getting enough attention. To show “another side of himself” to Becca as “multi-dimensional”, he waltzed through the bachelor mansion in his skivvies. I’m not sure that he appreciated the irony, but I did.
